Pros

The setup has a nice layout for the controllers. If you have a headset, it includes a stand which is nice to keep things tidy. The headphone stand is a bit less great, so it's got that going for it, at least.

I trust turtle beach with the advertised battery life. It feels like it was tossed in as a bonus, but since it's here, i have to review it as part of the whole. Doing so, has led to this innovation.

The compatibility is awesome. The only downside of use these is that you do have to replace the battery cover of your controller. One of my controllers is the colored horizon controller so now it has a black battery slot cover instead of white.

The battery pack is very easy to install and fits securely onto the back of the controller. The dock also holds the controllers pretty securely - they wobble around a tiny bit.
