This headset is the nicest i have ever owned. I hope this one lasts long too. Although these are on the inexpensive side for being turtle beeches, the quality is amazing.
Cons
The maker should be reprimanded as well for not inspecting their items that they sell. Rant over junk product.
The sound quality is poor, the trebles sound hollow and the bass is non-existent. The mic is also very awkward and large. Tried using on xbox one with no success.
They sound worse (and quieter) than any headset i’ve ever owned. The ear pads only turn one direction and only halfway, so they’re pretty stiff and uncomfortable too.

The earmuffs are a bit tilted so it does not sit exactly on the top of your head which can be a little uncomfortable for some
