Pros
The cord is a million feet long and works either through a cable or over bluetooth. It works well in both wired and bluetooth mode, though i prefer wired. However, the only part missing is the detachable smartphone clip.
The thumb sticks are great, it has the best dpad of any controller i've ever owned. If you're a big fighting game fan, or retro gamer, this is the series you want to buy into. Joysticks are very smooth and have a nice rigid textured feel.
Controller feels amazing in the hands, it has this rubber like texture with the matte finsh that just feels premium! It overall feels like it is durable enough to hold up to lots of use, but really only time will tell. The battery life is great.
Currently it's a good deal if you are using this on the steam deck docked. I’m an avid gamer and was looking in the market for a wired controller that will connect easily to my xbox x or pc. My only issue with it is windows connectivity.
La carga dura. First and foremost, this controller is so comfy. I am *thrilled* to indulge on how much i love this controller series.
Cons
There's no game that recognizes this controller when trying to play wirelessly, so you can't. It connects via bluetooth, and it says it's connected - that was my biggest issue with trying to troubleshoot it. The wireless never work for *diablo 4*.

I am glad i bought controller, the mount is amazing and does not slip or move once locked ans tightened.
Easy to program and the audio capabilities, while probably way more than i need or want, are pretty darn cool.
I fully expected this to be a flimsy, cheap controller replacement that would break within the first week.
The phone mount, included for mobile gaming, is adjustable but can feel top-heavy, which might be uncomfortable for extended use.
Price
For now, absolutely recommend for the price.

Highly surprised how sturdy it is compared to controllers at the same exact cheap price range (i managed to catch this on sale for $24.

The phone holder is a bit lackluster and a little to small for phone in bigger cases like otterboxes

While it is also designed for mobile gaming the experience is somewhat hindered by occasional input latency and ergonomic challenges with the phone mount

When i got this controller and i was testing it the controller froze up on me but dont worry if it freezes up on you because there is a little hole on the back of the controller that you can reset your controller with either a push pin or even a sim card puller for a phone besides that have not had any other issues with the controller absolutely perfectthank you turtle beach for adding in that reset button i feel like every controller should have one you guys are doing great keep it up

When the device is removed from cable connection and connected to the pc via bluetooth the analog sticks function differently than what you would expect the right analog stick loses its left to right function and only operates as up and down which swings the camera left to right
