I personally dont like the feature of being able to hear your own voice from the mic feedback but you can just turn that volume dial to zero

The headset also turns off automatically after a period of no activity so the battery will not die

The mute option with the swivel of the microphone was really handy and it cancels out just about all noise from around you even if its not technically noise cancelling

I told them i knew 100 that it wasnt their fault but if they had replacement parts so i can fix them

They said they would do a free onetime replacement and they sent me a brand new pair within a week
