Pros

Good mic clarity and the mic monitoring is a plus. It can also be used to hear people in the room with you with out removing your headset. I'm a gamer that likes the best audio, (i usually run dead silence) turtle beach is pretty dependable.

Cons

Tried hard reset with no luck. Tried all the suggested steps from support site and nothing worked (reboot, etc). Headset constantly disconnects, sound is terrible. All i get is static and crackling.

No game/chat audio toggle. No voice ques for anything like your low battery or superhuman hearing. The mic piece automatically starts cracking every time you let it down.
