Pros & Cons
Pros
Dual battery system means you never have to worry about running out of battery. Swapping batteries is a breeze, and with one charging while the other is in use, i never had to compromise on my gaming time. Wireless transmitter doubles conveniently as ... Read More
I think every headset is ruined now because of how good this one is. This headset is easily among the most full featured out there.
Mic is good, noise canceling is great, noise gate is great and sound is amazing (especially footsteps) dual battery is awesome, and customization is great.
The headband is well designed. The size adjust appears to be very gently sprung so that it’ll very softly make sure it stays tight on your head, instead of creeping looser and looser. The lightweight construction ensures that i can wear the headset fo... Read More
App is easy to use & i get to receive calls on it too, then when call ends, it goss back to the game. Haven't tried it on a console yet. Highly suggest getting dobly atom and recommend using the gaming preset.
Cons
The build quality is great, but that squeeze gives me a headache in 10 minutes of using it. Simply inexcusable for a brand new $300 headset. I wonder if the xbox licensed version is better.
Active noise shifting - this is one of the worst anc i have used. All it does is take the humm around you and shift it to another type of humm. The anc is no where near my skullcandy crushers and other anc headphones ive tried.
The software is a buggy mess and the headset has a lot of connection issues. The turtle beach hub application is so buggy and non responsive on mac laptops that it shouldn't even be allowed on the app store. Tb is aware of this because they have troub... Read More
The ear muffs rotate to sit against you when sitting around your neck and that part of the frame is metal. The terrible- the headset is clamped on your head/ears.
Highlights
Quality
Def a great headset and the sound quality is so good!
The large 50mm speakers provide immersive and high-quality sound, enhancing the gaming experience with clear and detailed audio.
The first time i heard this headset i was blown away by the quality of sounds i was hearing.
First off the by far the most annoying part about the headset is the voice lines telling you bluetooth is connected and the battery level.
Price
I would highly recommend this to serious gamers if you ahve the budget for it, you really can't go wrong with turtle beach!
I only wish i would have known this sooner because i would have saved so much money instead of always getting $60 ones all the ... Read More
Don't just look at the price and get the cheapest ones.
I don’t know if it worth the $330 price tag i paid maybe pick it up when its on sale.
Shipping
Service from turtle beach has been very quick and responsive.
Competitiveness
I replaced an astro a50, which was a good headset but this one is better.
They are way better than the astro a50s i had.
The active noise cancelling works, but not nearly as well as, say, sony xm or apple airpods pro anc.
Comfort wise, these are very confrontable, way more that the elite 800x, having deeper ear cups means if you have larger ears, ... Read More

Well im sure thats all what you want to know

They gripped your head a little bit too much and i think that might be because theyre too heavy but prolonged wear puts pressure around my ears on my head in a way that i dont quite like

I thought maybe because they were new

They were just tight or something but im not sure how they would fix this because im sure they need to be this heavy to actually get the sound quality that you get from these things but they just have a weird way of putting pressure on my head

So when it comes to me wanting to have good sound ill put them on

But if im playing games for a long time im just using the soundbar and foregoing that because i dont want a headache
