I give it a 4 because the flaws make the process a lot more difficult than it should be. Highly recommend. Will purchase again.

my seats look brand new. I suggest it for any light dirt you get on cloth seats. Easily removed dirt. Gotta hold the head and scrub left to right to stay.

The spray is messy, so this should be the first step in the cleaning process. Forces you to use a lot of the product for even the smallest of stains. Although the scrubber gets dirty, running it under water for a few seconds cleans it perfectly.

Smell is as good as new, and it cleans flawlessly. Cleaned up soda pop stains from my wife’s minivan from kids. Rich foam that lifts debris to the surface.

The bristles are too abrasive on the upholstry cloth on the seats. The stains are common stains, not like rust or oil. Mostly a bit of soda and assorted water-related liquids. The stain still remains and i wasted my money.

The build-in brush is tragically poorly designed. Because it is impossible to apply evenly, you end up streaking your seats. The brush is useless as it twists around instead of brushing as a brush should.
