Pros
These are a single layer of tulle, alternating strips according to color. Looks great and fits my 3 yo. Wore to birthday princess party and then gave to my 4 year old granddaughter.
Highlights

I still think the tutus with the ribbon are poorly made and would skip purchasing those.
The versions with the ribbon are very poorly made and i would suggest not purchasing.
I will try to find better quality ribbon-trimmed tutus.
Price
I will hand wash them all (7 total) and soak in fabric softener, but for the price, they’re fine.

I purchased a rainbow tutu similar to this one a few years back and this version is far worse no comparison
