I wouldnt go riding a bike around in this hat unless you tie it to your head its a bit small and would properly fit a tiny asian girl or child

Its a cute little hat and my daughter loved it for crazy hat day however before i sent her off with it this morning i had to super glue the pipe cleaner that is holding up the flower as it wanted to just roll over

The flower is made of inexpensive polyester and is attached by glue to a pipe cleaner which will eventually probably come off its superficially glued on to the hat
