The uap-ac-m unifi ap ac mesh provides excellent wi-fi performance. It has a maximum speed of 867 mbps on the 5 ghz band. It also supports mu-mimo, which allows it to communicate with multiple devices simultaneously.

Good range, and signal strength in my out buildings.
Very good brand easy to install easy to use.
Despite tweak the ap-ac-lite (increased transmit power, changed channels, etc), nothing seemed to work.
The setup of three aps and the software took about 40 mins.
Price
It is also a good value for the money, as it offers excellent performance and features.
Enterprise grade kit at home user prices.

Arrived very quickly and without any hassle.
Packaging/appearance
With the poe adapters already provided in the box i was able to run powered ethernet over some lengths of cat6 to the three aps.
Competitiveness
The physical build quality is distinguishably nicer to the touch comparing to tp-link products(costs more of course).
The uap-ac-m also supports mu-mimo, which allows it to communicate with multiple devices simultaneously.
I will choose ubnt products over most to all.

I have a ubiquiti edgerouter x along with a unifi apaclite but had zero wifi signal to my backyard older house with thick walls

I have wifi device on my front gate 200 metres away and it kept dropping off my network as it was just in the range of the indoor access point
