It hangs on our diaper bag, dispenses the bags smoothly, and it's scented to hide the smell of my baby’s breast milk poops lol. Will clip easily onto straps. It attaches to a diaper bag or whatever else.
Cons
This item is useless for a diaper bag. It doesn't lock the smell of poopy diapers! Only got 2 rolls total.

After i change my sons diaper i just toss it in one of these bags and tie it off until we can get to a garbage to throw it away
