Their customer service exceeded my expectations and i am more than satisfied with their product and company.
In fact i love this pail so much, we bought another one so as to have one for the new baby and the 4year old.
It is lightweight and seems like it will last for a long time, so i'm very hopeful for the use of it!
Packaging/appearance
He still pees the bed at night, so we are putting those soiled night undies in the ubbi.
The only know i really have on the pail is the difficulty i and my wife have in getting the bag out of the pail.
Competitiveness
We had an ubbi for our first child and it was a no brainer to get one for the second.

So far after almost 6 months of use it contains the smells inside and only do i get a whiff when i open it to insert a dirty diaper

It got to the point where we couldnt leave the door open because walking down the hall you could already smell the diapers and it was awful

I contacted the customer service department at ubbi and to my amazement they replaced my older can free of charge when i attempted to just get a new piece

Had the diaper genie at the start returned it as it was just cheap plastic and looked incredibly ugly

Some have advised placing duct tape around the edges to take care of the issue no one will ever see the tape but i would have thought that such a major issue would have been discovered during item testing people are paying a lot of money for this
