Very satisfied with the product and customer support. Cannot recommend this product enough. I am very pleased with it and really amazed at the quality of service this company provides.

Love this pail for its design and odor locking features. Ubbi responded to my emails promtply and dealt with the issue very professionally.
It holds enough dirty diapers that it doesn't feel like i'm continuously emptying it. Takes basic kitchen sized trash bags and it keeps the scent contained.
Very durable, lovely colours and keeps our nursery fresh. This product is sleek and stylish, easy to use and doesn't require additional liners.
Cons
Baby's room stinks when this pail is in there. The poop smell is not container in the steel work as it's supposed to. It smells the same as a diaper genie.
The opening to throw the diaper in is so small. The lid that closes the opening is tough to open. Just buy a reg garbage can.

Cause it’s steel made, it won’t absorb any scent itself, unlike the plastic one, you would wanna throw it away after months use.
I wish it was higher/tallerim upset though because i've only been using it for 2 months & it already broke from the inside

It is a little bit expensive but definitely a must have

Luke from ubbi setup the new pail to be delivered and followed the progress with me all the way until the pail was delivered.
Haven’t used it for diapers yet but it arrived quickly and undamaged.
Packaging/appearance
It looks great within the nursery room.
Very sleek looking, doesn’t ruin the look of her nursery.
Competitiveness
Very pleased with the product, and even more pleased with the brand.
I find with a bad poop you can still smell it though but not as bad as the competition.
It is however expensive compared to competing brands.

Once he started eating solids there is a bit of a smell that comes out of the pail in the moment you open it to drop the diaper in but give it a few minutes once the door has been closed and the smell dissipates
