Pros & Cons
Pros
Port forwarding can be configured under the firewall/nat tab. It is very similar to home router setup for port forwarding and is pretty much self explanatory. Wired is faster, more secure, more reliable, and easier to manage.
The erlite-3 is very easy to configure and easy to use. The latest firmware provides additional configuration options as well as the wizards. Use the wizard if at all possible with this device, its a godsend.
The ubiquity router blows away the competition. It packs enterprise class features into an affordable and consumer accessible package.
This router is just as fast as hooking up a computer directly to the cable modem. Untangle running on a old pc with dual gigabit cards gave me about 190 mbps. My download speed is actually at 215 mbps now.
Cons
It's with great reluctance that this router will be returned. Support is painfully slow. Not reliable. This is a lemon of a router.
The only visible response from the unit is a flashing led on the console port. It's only when you try to reboot your router that you learn that it will not reboot. Known defect in this router's onboard storage.
It feels like an open source hacker project that still ought to be in beta. From one cybersecurity engineer to the clueless masses.
Compared to tomato/dd-wrt (a way to put your custom software on a turnkey router), this skips the step of uploading the software into the router. It has nice features especially for the price point, but only works for a few days and then quits forward... Read More

All in all, this is an amazing little device, and practically a steal at around $100 usd.
Great little router for the price, just make sure to get all the firmware updates before you put into production.
It was suggested to me after i had very poor performance from a $300+ asus router to buy this.
