Actually very impressed at the simplicity of setup and how good this product has been performing over the last couple weeks.
In reality the videos often provide much needed clarity for the sometimes obscure hard copy user guide supplied with the product.
I send from one and receive with the other shooting down about 4 blocks of buildings and trees.

These are great and the cost is very low for the ease of use and install.

Be sure to select bridge mode and the dishes defaulted to station setting on the ubnt main page.
Competitiveness
Tried running underground cat5e ethernet cable to no avail.
Ubiquiti has a wonderfull community and support help if needed.
For example, the value per unit cost of a ubiquiti bullet and high gain dlink antenna@27dbi combo is no where close to this product.

They create a network chain and my parents can communicate with us with intercom and cameras as well as access my plex movie servers and internet services because they cant get any in their valley

Moreover there is a watchdog ping reset feature which allows the powerbeam to reset and auto reconnect in an event it can not ping a remote host
