I am starting this review out by saying that if you use 100 ubiquiti equipment you might not have issues
Working with ubiquitis support team i have spent more on sfp dac rj45 and fiber modules than this switch is worth to no avail i am not joking i purchased many different brandsmodulesafter troubleshooting with their technical support i was told that they could only replace the item and not return it after they clearly confirmed it could be returned after the support window passed
If you have a cisco dell or other branded 10gb switch you may not be able to get 10gb uplinks working
