Pros

The usw-24-poe gen 1 is loud/unbearable if you are installing it in an office environment and powering poe equipment. The unifi gui is fantastic and for the cli users out there, the option still exists.

Cons

These switches are completely useless as managed devices.

Dropped cisco, hp/aruba, and the other big brands years ago for ubiquiti and haven't looked back.

The price for features you get in this switch would cost easily double (or more) from the other two brands.
