These are great little switches for smaller offices that need poe for phones or wifi ap's.
One issue with the latest one i purchased, the firmware was so far out of date i had to update it to adopt it to the controller.
It worked and adopted just fine after updating.
Price
The price is reasonable for the feature set.

This was done with ssh and using the firmware update command with a url to the firmware package

Only the ports on the left side provide poe which can be slightly inconvenient when you dont have a good map of whats what when replacing an existing switch
