Ok so this is a made in china dress, obviously it is not going to be top notch quality but i was not expecting much from the price.

Apparently in wherever this was made my 39 inch chest makes me an xxl woman

If you can get over the vanity aspect of it and just go for your actual size in inches you will be fine
