These are the best slippers i've owned. The ugg ascot slipper is the only slipper that i've really used.

Delivery placed into back of pickup, not front door. Don't even try to contact uggs. I am not in the habit of returning stuff, as this is just too frustrating for me. I have better things to do then run off to ups to have these shipped back.

The shearing of the lining is very uneven. On the second pair, on the top, all of the shearing had literally been stitched down. The lining also became discolored and developed a musty odor.

Similar shoes that cost far less the these that do deform, even over long time period. If it wears out the shoes become worthless and they are too loose to stay snug and feel damp and soggy.
