Pros

The elite is by far my favorite of the 3, it’s pretty light and pretty strong but the real magnet is the full cork grips which are not synthetic cork. The rod is good quality, light and very durable.

Stop browsing and just buy this. The elite is the upgraded version. Love the feel and balance.

Cons

The elite line has high ambitions and looks well on paper but in reality is it a very cheap rod, with poor quality blank and priced much higher than it deserves. Quite frustrating for a rod above $50.

Shipping tracking says 2 poles were shipped? The pole is great but was delivered with the top foot of the pole cracked and broken.

One of the eyelets was installed very poorly and angles significantly to the left. Front eye has now grooves notched in it after using the rod for surf-fishing. Center of gravity with a 4000 reel is roughly 4 inches above the reel seat.
