They are extremely durable. It exceeds expectations on both of those fronts. Easy quick 5 minute installation for both. Strong, durable and reliable.

Very durable, caught lots of decent sized fish with it.

I like having a 7 ft quality fishing rod in a two-piece.

I've never broke an ugly stick, the old ones or the newer ones.

Berkley makes a great rod for the price.

Shipping

This arrived quickly and at a very good price.

Was supposed to arrive on tuesday and didn't show up until friday.

It was shipped to me loose in a box with no packing.

Heard a lot of bad things when shipped the rod was damaged.

Packaging/appearance

Packaged well and was in excellent condition.

Packaged great , strong , light rod with great flexibility

Competitiveness

I was expecting better from this brand and for the money.

It wouldn't be fair to compare it against rods costing 10 times as much.

There are much better and more expensive rods for that purpose.

Not many brands can i really say are worth coming back to, but ugly stik has yet to fail me.
