Pros

The build quality is excellent and has ample vibration absorbtion. The ugreen is not quite as nice packaging, but still. Easy to install.

Just slide the top of case open (was tricky at first) and just slid in tbe hd. Drop it in, slide onto the connector, replace the top. This device solves all those problems because it uses its own external power.

Good value for this enclosure. Does the job as expected. Works as claimed.

Cons

The drive crashed and stopped working after 2 months of use. In linux many times changed randomly from /dev/sdb1 to / dev/sdc1, back and forth. Do not connect the drive to an usb hub, bur rather directly to a usb 3.

Don't buy. This produce is substandard for the proposed usage and should not be purchased. This is an indelible first impression on a new brand i will go far out of my way to avoid in the future. Still nothing.

Took it apart at work, looks like the power input fried and affected the usb out. The plastic just feels very flimsy. The case is very difficult to slide open, which is good and bad.
