This is the 3rd lightning headphone jack cable i have ordered from different vendors. This one is exactly what i needed fir a little more $$.
Cons
The sound quality is ok, but not as good as wired. Dropouts of audio and confusing the phone into pausing because of headphones being unplugged. I am very clumsy so this could just be a personal issue.
Just contact the mfg. The warranty terms on the u green website say specifically that the warranty only applies to products purchased directly from u green and not a third-party site.

Price
Many of the inexpensive iphone adapters simply don't work, can't get full audio or microphone behavior on my iphone.
I feel bad for the price, someone should’ve figured by now a way to include higher quality batteries that last much longer.
Glad i paid a little more for a better adapter, now i'm getting great audio fm my iphone 11

Unfortunately, apple, and all other devices saw fit in their wisdom to remove the headphone jack.
5 mm adapter with different brands, including apple and esbeecables (bought once but returned), in the past.
I switched to the u-green and have been using it ever since (keeping the 3rd brand in reserver).

The only minor issue is that sometimes when i turn my phone on in the morning it doesnt recognize the headphones are plugged in
