The up and down swivel adjustments are very stiff makes it difficult to adjust without pulling the phone off and that’s with a seemingly very strong magnetic hold

Edit someone with more engineering knowledge than me pointed out that the rotating hinges for the arm and the part that connects to the phone were likely connected via a bolt that you could loosen up

As it turns out that was true theres a think 34sticker34 covering both ends of the hinge
