It's fully otg compatible. Works very well on the steam deck and saved me allot of money for the time being. One thing i would recommend is to put the hub on something that'll help it dissipate heat.

    Its not explained very clearly in the product description but theres a picture of this thing connected to a laptop and on the other type c port there is a wall charger

    If you see carefully the other type c port says 34in 5v34 so i assume this additional usb c port is for plugging in an external power source and then charge the laptop when you plug it into it

    Unlike some of the other usbc expanders ive got here this one is just a plastic case not aluminum like it looks in the picture

    And as the product description does say and other reviews point out the usbc power input on this is just to make it work a bit more like a 34powered hub34 e
