Pros
This is the only adapter i've tested so far that provides excellent, consistent performance both in terms of bandwidth and latency across multiple platforms. Fast wired networking is great.
Cons
The only way to get it back is to unplug the adapter and plug it back in. This works very well for 5 or 10 min then stops.
