    My only criticism is that my washing machine causes the pads inside the cups to move around and often bunch up a lot meaning i have to reposition them after each wash

    This bra hits the sweet spot between just having straps with a flimsy cup that offers nothing and having a sports bra that is so tight all you can think about while exercising is being able to take off the bra so you cant concentrate on exercising correctly
