Pros

There is a new 'rattle' when the shaver runs. Works flawlessly.

Just be aware it doesn't look exactly like the one it is replacing. This replacement has an on indicator light which the original didn't have. The cord has ample length and ties nicely with a twist tie or velcro stable tie.

Cons

The old charger works this one will not. Although it has a 2 year warranty, i have to pay the return shipping of $8. Not worth it.
