The red illumination is of an appropriate level neither to bright nor to dim

The only real down side is that the connections on the switch are completely symmetrical so you have to rely on the marked pin to determine positivenegative and does allow you to hook the pigtail up backwards if you arent paying attention

I soldered the wires to the switch but i regret being cheap and not getting the wire connector

Takes a little effort to figure out how to activate the led but nothing you cant figure out if youre in the middle of an electrical project

The ports are very small on the back but it wasnt very hard to solder to them in my opinion
