Pros
These are awesome! They look terrific and work great! The instructions are suprisingly clear considering they are translated from a foreign language. They are suprisingly clear. These switches are awesome.
Both on/off and dimming function work perfect. The range of dimming is excellent. Used the stepless dimmer mounted in a plastic small electronics box to dim the light to desired level.
The light has a black decoration support on the side nearest the isle. The lighted switch is perfect for finding the switch in the dark.
Cons
When i turn the switch on, it flickers. If i tap it, it goes down to around 25-50% of its brightness (hard to tell at only 2-watts) will be looking for a different solution.
Green to ground. Such a pretty exterior but is wouldn't dime a dam thing. I am so glad i bench tested this junk switch before drilling a hole in the headboard.

This dimmer works as expected with great product detail quality.
I love the functionality of this dimmer: it remembers the last brightness setting, but is easy to adjust.
The original touch sensitive dimmer installed a year ago by an electrician stopped working.
I bought 3 of these switches and love them but 1 has already malfunctioned and i'm out of the return window by a couple weeks.
