Pros

This is the first tub i've purchased in about three years because i thought it was no longer being made. Great protein shake!

Iso mass gives me a little mental edge when i go to workout. I even think about drinking my post workout shake during my reps. It helps me give max effort knowing i will be fueling back up soon afterwards.

Edit2: although i love isomass i will not buy it on amazon until the price goes way down to around $65.
