Pros
Keep the wound moist with neosporin or petroleum jelly and a band aid.
Keeping the silica packet inside helps keep the smell low. I prefer a probiotic pill since this gives more strains than yogurt and no added sugar. Hated the side effects.
Cons
Didn't agree with my stomach and iam now out 50. Will be looking for a new brand of probiotic. This product should be banned.
Maltodextrin is a form of sugar and bad bacteria feed off of that. There was no noticeable change at all between taking them and not taking them. My digestive system gets all messed up because of it.
