Pros
Video quality is excellent and works on all of my devises, including my 8k projector. Plugs fit snugly (like hdmi plugs) without requiring latches. It does seem to be maxing out the refresh rate on my monitor.
Cons
Same issue as before - persistent flickering as well as randomly losing signal. It usually comes right back, but every once in a while i have to jiggle the cable in the graphics card port. I understand that the occasional dud can slip through, it seem... Read More

For the quality you really can't beat the price, works great and feels like it will last a long time.
Packaging/appearance
Other cables plugged into the same ports fit just as they should.
Competitiveness
4 or 8k capability, but they seem to work with my 1440p dp1.

This may be a consideration if your monitor has plugs that point towards the back instead of down and it backs up to a wall

The plugs do not have the latches that some dp plugs have

Personally i prefer not having latches because it is very easy to forget to depress the latch when removing a dp plug which leads to frustration and yankingnot good for the cable or graphics card or monitor

If you want a dual monitor setup you are most likely going to need a display port cable and a monitor that supports display port

My last hdmi cable broke and i bought this out pure no research at all just hoping it would support 240hz and it did just that
