Product keeps recurring cold sores away if taken daily. Taking these pills helps to make the cold sore disappear faster. If i feel that tingle on my lips indicating in am getting a cold sore, i take a dose and it is gone.

Research indicates that anything over 8mg is too much. This has made me sick. And sick again.

This helped a lot but was only a band aid on the situation as i had stinging along my lip line and a red almost blistering skin that would shift around on my lips constantly

It was very unsightly and went on for a several months until i realized it was going to be a truly chronic condition unless i tried to do more to heal it fully

Although the tablet is large it is shaped like a kayak and slips down the throat easily
