Pros
The taste is delicious. No bad aftertaste and not sickening sweet. Taste is very palatable and it does not upset my stomach.
The taste is great and after reading on absorption of b12 supplements, you are getting a great bang for your buck going with the liquid dropper. It absorbs well too.
Strawberry compels me to drink more of my liquids with the b-12 mixed into it. Hope it helps with my anemia! As a vegetarian, b12 is an important supplement for me to take.
Cons
Deceptive labeling puts this product in league with other 5000mcg b-12 drops. Perhaps some people are ultra-sensitive and it gives them a boost.

I started out with one dropper full and am working my way up to the 5ml.
I personally also like that it is glass, so i know it is fully recycled.
In that way it nature's bounty stronger because this product (ultramax) takes 5ml (5 droppers) to get the 5000mcg.
The taste is way less intense than nature's bounty which tastes more concentrated, syrupy.

Prior to this time it was suggested i take b12 melt under your tongue tabs for better absorption and had done so for over 3 months feeling no change whatsoever

If your doctor suggests b12 for you i would recommend this product from tropical oasis ultra max b12 with methylcobalamin better ingredients better absorption
