Pros
These digestive enzymes work well and help with digestive issues. While i still deal with the bloating, it’s more bearable with the enzymes. I have several intolerances that lead to stomach issues.
Cons
Just one capsule with each meal. Nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea. I'm so upset these didn't work because i dont have a gallbladder and need a reputable brand like this.
Maltodextrin is basically sugar / msg. Linked to ibs and ibd, crohn's, ulcerative colitis.
