Pros
It has relatively low amounts of lactobacillus acidophilus and bifobacterium but this blend works really well for my leaky gut. It has a high floura count but doesn’t cause me stomach problems like cheaper hi-flora count products.
Only a few family owned pharmacies and health food stores in each city carry the meta line. Metagenics it’s a fantastic brand and i really love the vitamins they sell.
Cons
Enough is enough. This item is not cheap to waste my money anymore. Don't waste your money, instead eat some sauerkraut or pickles and drink some kefir goat milk.

I was surprised that his extremely talented and respected surgeon medical staff didn’t recommend a quality probiotic
