These gopher repellents seem to work as we have had them for two or three months and since then, no gophers in the area there are being used. I hope it can keep the raccoons, skunks, opossums and any rats or mice away.

However if you are close to them like in your backyard and you sleep with you windows open it takes a bit to get used to the high pitched noise that goes off when they are working

The second one we placed on light frequency a skunk his buddy the raccoon with her baby just busily ate the bird seed on the ground
