Pros
Protecker works really well. It is very humanized. If you don't know, hydrangea blooms take an entire season to blossom so it was imperative to stop the deer immediately.

I would call that a success- i am really pleased with the product & would recommend it for others with the same problem!
I had to drill quarter inch holes in the panels frame since the factory slots were too big for the washers that came with the brackets.
Finally a quality flag on it will hold up for quite a while

The price is good and compares with comparable devices.
Shipping
The skunk immediately ran fast as hell out of the area!
Packaging/appearance
I was also very happy with the speedy delivery and packaging.

There are several sprinkler based motion sensitive products that spray water to scare away animals but these require a garden hose to function

Decided to try the protecker ultrasonic device instead which has solar charging and scares animals with both ultrasonic sound and led lights
