Pros
Freezing pureed fresh pumpkin. Easily holds up to 3 1/2 cups pureed pumpkin. Not uncommon to package 100 pounds of meat in a day.
These work very well for sous vide. They're really clear and really durable. Was very easy and sealed well every single time.

I was really surprised at the quality of the product.
I will stick with the 10x13 as they are much easier.
I personally tested pure drinking water in these and other quality bags and boiled for 4 mins and one sample for about 10 mins.
Price
These seem ok and at an ok price
So summary: i believe these are a good low cost option for freezing or storing food.
The cost before taxes works out to about 4 cents a bag.

I successfully used a few with my regular vacuum sealer but i would not recommend that its difficult better to use recommended bags
