Pros & Cons
Pros
The syrix is worth every bit 110 bucks, and if it's a sale you would be silly not to buy it cheaper. It weighs 8 pounds and is a good looking rifle. I feel that the gun its self is very powerful.
Accuracy gets better as the rifle breaks in and you pair it with the pellet that it likes. Reminds me of my military service back in 28 years ago in south korea.
Cons
It’s not an 11mm dovetail and the rings that arrived with the rifle were wrong. It wanders down with follow-up shots as the barrel heats up. Open sights are * and wouldn't adjust scope is mickey mouse.

Imo, this is about as hard-hitting as present-day break-barrel technology can get, though i wish umarex would try a .
Get the negative out of the way first: the trigger sucks, long pull, takes a while to get used to.
Price
I recommend this this rifle even at a higher cost.
I gave it five star because it's an excellent value in the air rifle world.
22 cal version of this rifle on sale for only $73.
You have to wait for a good sale to get a nitro piston with scope for less than $100.

This product arrived on time and undamaged.
Packaging/appearance
As mentioned in other reviews, the box arrived split apart but the rifle was intact.
All in all, the total "package" works for me!
Competitiveness
I put the enclosed scope aside as i have a better one on my targis via ruger.
