Pros
I'm pleased to say it stayed put, although we used it for multiple winter coats. I currently have two coats hanging on it and it appears sturdy. Mechanical design is well considered and sturdy.
Cons
Quality is not great and arrived with scuff marks / imperfections. Not as glossy. Poor finish with holes, dented edges.
This is rubbish and makes a mockery of the design. Very disappointing. What a rubbish product.
The mechanism is very basic and it's only the friction of the metal against the wood that prevents the hook to fully tilt. I was given 2 different hooks with 2 different wood grains and shades. Some of the hooks are very loose and tend to fall down on... Read More
White surface is thin and scraping off in places behind the hooks and at the end of the unit. Sticky glue was found on both also.

Impressed with the fact they send a paper tape measure for ease of fitting
Ok they are a little expensive but excellent quality, really smart and come with everything you need for wall mounting.
Quality and finish as noticed by others can be variable from piece to piece, but this does not impinge upon their function.
Looks great, especially with the shoe rack we got.
Competitiveness
I bought three of these at a vey good prices and have just bought a fourth.
Installation was a bit of a faff as the template wasn't great.

I hacve deducted one star as really i wanted to paint it my wall colour cream but it has a shiny front which i’m not sure i can paint

Love how sleek this unit is almost looks like an ornament when the hooks are empty
