Hooks that appear to be pretty sturdy. My guests are always surprised that it is not just decorative. Have it in my fixed up garage to hold my jackets and dog leash.

Both units are defective but still tried to mount but flimsy design/simply made too cheap. The mounting pieces have been stripped out of both and they were supposedly in new condition.
