Pros
Holds paper towels securely with easy accessibility. I love it, but i can see where others might feel misled.
This holder is sturdy and has felt-like padding on the bottom. The one-hand functionality works if you know how to do it.
It’s a good value. Completely satisfied. This is my second time buying. Good product.
Cons
The ribbed middle bits seem like they should rotate, but they don't. The roll to holder is definitely not a snug fit. The oxo good grips paper towel holder is much better at holding the paper towel.
