Pros
It's large enough to accommodate our grandkids. Also, it is very spacious. It's a tent for your truck bed with an extra but that extends out like a little awning.
Elevated position offers extra protection from ground moisture. Plenty of mesh windows for ventilation. Zippers slide smoothly and no bends in the poles.
Cons
This means that under no circumstances will the upper vents be usable or provide any ventilation. It has a lot of potential, but i sort of feel like i got the reject edition of a brand name tent.

Now we are looking for one to use with the minivan, since this one worked out so well.
It seems to be of decent quality.
We left it up to see how it fared with wind and it held up and spraying it with the hose did not have water leak into it.
