Pros

The inside of the shoe has a nice soft foam and they are light weight. The material flexes easily so my wide foot (an e) fits the medium width just fine. The shoe is comfortable and light.

I also have a high instep and the padded tongue takes care of any discomfort. One thing i notice, in being a bigger guy is the cushion and insoles wearing out really fast.

Cons

The shoe feels lightweight, with stiff bottoms and no arch support. The heel insert feels good but the overall construction feels flimsy. There ruined my posture.
