Pros
It is a very lightweight material, which is perfect for distance running. It is polyester, which means it dries fast. The fabric is really comfortable and soft and does a great job of wicking sweat away.
And 145lbs, a medium size fits perfectly for me. Better than a cheap version of this shirt you'd get at a local whatever-mart. My husband wears these everyday under his work shirts & they have changed the fit/cut several times.
Cons
