Exactly what you'd want in a high quality pair of shorts.

Slow casual runs are fine, but when i get into speed drills or tempo runs it becomes pretty noticeable.

My only complaint is with a iphone it the right hand pocket, once you sit down, it is impossible to get the phone out.

I have been searching for a new affordable pair of running shorts for a while.
