Make sure you dont leave in the water too long because they get too mushy and the molding doesnt work properly

How on earth are you supposed to explain to a 7 year old the proper way to suction the guard to his teeth by creating a vacuum seal using the right amount of biting pressure as well as pressing firmly with fingers to mold around the teeth all simultaneously
